Santa Barbara Infrared, Inc. is currently recruiting for the position of Contracts Manager. The Contracts Manager is a hands-on position that administers all Contracts (commercial and government) received from customers and prepares all legal agreements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Contract management and administration.
- Reviews customers’ terms and conditions for acceptability/compliance.
- Understanding of CPFF and FFP contracts
- Prepares, executes, administers, extends, renegotiates, and terminates contracts.
- Prepares, executes, administers legal agreements.
- Import/Export Compliance support.
- Program Management support with an emphasis on contract deliverables and schedule.
- Executes and maintains current certifications required for commercial and government quotes and contracts.
- Support credit approvals for customers.
- Evaluates or monitors contracts and customers to determine necessity for amendments or extensions of contracts and compliance to contractual obligations.
- Generate reports for delivery performance histories.
- Administers small business plans and reporting.
- Ability to work full time.
