Your role
• collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
• source and attract high-caliber candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
• conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role
• manage the candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and a positive impression of our firm
• utilize recruitment tools and technologies to streamline the hiring process and improve efficiency
• stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance our recruitment efforts
• build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs
Detailed salary information:
• New York: the salary range for this role is $151,000 to $194,000.
The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. • proven experience within the financial services or global markets sector ability to collaborate with other HR departments including reward, HR business partners and onboarding
