- Base Salary $135,000 - $150,000; depending on experience and based on 34 hours worked per week

- Clinic positions require you to attend 2-3 weeks of training. The first week will be at your primary location and partially remote, the second and third weeks include traveling to multiple clinics in the area.
- Depending on the position and associated requirements, there may be additional mandatory training requirements that are outside of your scheduled shift.

- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions with a patient-first approach.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and manage referrals as needed.
- Promote preventive care through screenings, immunizations, and patient education.
- Demonstrate expertise in chronic disease management and longitudinal care within the primary care setting.
- Perform minor procedures including laceration repair, incision and drainage, lesion removal, and joint injections with precision.
- Deliver comprehensive primary care by managing chronic illness and providing timely treatment for acute conditions such as sinusitis, UTIs, and bronchitis.
- Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma while conducting focused adult wellness exams and preventive screenings.
- Complete charting and laboratory responsibilities, including call backs and follow-up, on a daily basis.
- Provide competent care to adults, children, and pregnant patients (excluding obstetrics).
- Communicate effectively with patients and colleagues regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, follow-up, pricing, insurance coverage, and the cost implications of tests and medications.
- Exhibit compassion and empathy, ensuring no patient is turned away.
- Utilize technical tools and communication platforms proficiently, including athenaOne, provider messaging systems, onsite lab testing, and in-clinic pharmacy services.
- Deliver consistent, high-quality, and efficient care using ZoomCare tools, workflows, and service standards.
- Adapt practice style to meet the individual needs of each patient.
- Maintain efficiency by seeing all patients in a timely manner, mastering the ZoomCare pace.
- Provide a complete, one-stop visit by coordinating onsite labs and prescriptions when medically appropriate.
- Respond openly to feedback related to clinical quality, patient experiences, and medical care outcomes.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Physician Assistant Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies with certification by the NCCPA OR Family Nurse Practitioner: Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner
- Must have at least 1-2 years of experience post-graduation with the majority of that experience in line with the scope and pace of Primary Care which may include primary care, family medicine or internal medicine experience.
- Experience seeing patients of all ages.
- Eligible to participate in the Medicare program.
- Must be able to demonstrate 2000 hours of work experience at the time of job offer.
- Clinical timelines and work volume/deadlines may require more than your scheduled hours per week or work outside of regular business hours to complete essential duties of this job.
- Ability and willingness to move to a different clinic location based on business needs.
- Frequent walking, sitting, standing, and reaching overhead.
- Occasional reaching and lifting of small objects and operating office equipment.
- Ability to adjust focus between close and distance vision.
- Prolonged periods of sitting and/or standing at a desk and working on a computer.
- Exposure to sensitive and confidential information.
- Fit tested for an N-95 mask, must be clean shaven where the respirator seals to the face for fit testing or when wearing the respirator.
- Must wear a mask as needed.
