With a focus on innovation and engagement, we're evolving the ultimate Formula 1 experience for players everywhere, and you could help us take the game to the next level.This is a hybrid remote/in-office role working 3 days a week from our UK Birmingham or Southam studio.SummaryReporting to the Lead Game Product Manager, the Senior Analyst role is to help shape the success of our game through data analysis and cross-team collaboration, ensuring that we deliver a compelling experience for our players throughout the live service period.Responsibilities:You will analyze player and product data to uncover patterns and recommend opportunities to improve acquisition, retention, engagement, and monetizationBuild dashboards, reports, and visualizations that help stakeholders make better, faster decisionsCollaborate with product and design teams to define metrics, design experiments, and evaluate results from A/B tests or other studiesExplore and apply generative AI tools to increase the efficiency of your own work and support scalable insightsWork with partners to define the right questions to ask and the right data to use, helping embed data in daily decision-makingPresent findings to both technical and non-technical audiencesQualifications:3+ years of experience in data analysis or applied analytics, in gaming, mobile apps, or other digital productsExperience with visualization tools such as Looker, Power BI, TableauExpert proficiency in SQL for querying large datasets; experience with analysis and modeling in Python or RUnderstanding of core statistical methods such as regression, classification, and forecastingFamiliarity with experimentation techniques such as A/B testing and causal inferenceInterest in machine learning and generative AI tools that support player insights
