Monday - Friday regular business hours.
What You’ll Do
- Provide routine care for infants and/or children including diaper changing/assistance with personal cares, hygiene and hand washing, serving meals and snacks.
- Maintain children's safety by providing constant supervision in compliance with staff/child ratio requirements and utilizing name to face attendance log.
- Consistently assess and monitor children’s general health and report concerns to supervisor and family as appropriate.
- Complete tasks to maintain a clean, organized and safe environment indoors and outdoors.
- Maintain and support a structured environment and routine according to Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to families
- Documentation - Complete documentation accurately and according to established deadlines.
- Arrive on time and attend assigned training sessions, staff meetings and annual staff development training.

- Ability to pass a ChildServe physical examination at commencement of employment and thereafter as regulations require.
- Ability to lift up to 35lbs, be mobile within the classroom and playground areas, and frequently bend, lift, reach, and stand.
- Ability to become certified in First Aide, CPR, Mandatory Reporter, Standard Precautions and DHS Pre-Service Essential training within 90 days of hire.
- Ability to communicate effectively in reading, writing, and speaking the English language.
- High School diploma or GED is required
- Experience providing care and supervision for children preferred
