We are looking for an experienced Administrative Manager to lead a team of administrative professionals who support our high-level executives within Lenovo’s Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG).  This role is critical in ensuring seamless operations across the executive office and maintaining effective administrative support. The Admin Manager will be responsible for mentoring and guiding the admin team, optimizing workflows, and implementing best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of executive support.The successful candidate for this role will be able to manage a number of people and help them successfully manage complex, multi-time zone travel and meeting scheduling as well as coordinating off-site activities. To excel in this role, the candidate will need to be able to manage people, handle confidential information, and have excellent attention to detail with a strong sense of urgency.Job Responsibilities:Leadership & Team Management:    •Supervise and mentor a team of administrative professionals, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.    •Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and team check-ins to provide feedback, manage performance, and support professional growth.    •Coordinate and oversee the workload across the admin team to ensure balanced distribution and timely completion of tasks.Executive Support Management:    •Develop and enforce standards for high-level executive support, including calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and correspondence.    •Act as a point of escalation for complex or sensitive administrative issues, providing solutions to maintain seamless support for executives.    •Ensure that all communication and interactions are handled with utmost professionalism and confidentiality.Process Optimization:    •Identify opportunities to streamline and improve administrative processes and workflows.    •Implement best practices for time and task management within the admin team to maximize efficiency.    •Oversee the use of relevant tools and technology (e.g., scheduling software, project management tools) to enhance team productivity.Recruitment & Onboarding:    •Participate in hiring and onboarding new team members, ensuring they are well-equipped to meet the standards required for executive support.    •Provide training to ensure new hires are aligned with organizational values, policies, and practices.Basic Requirements:Previous experience managing 20+ administrative support7+ years of experience supporting senior-level business leaders in a corporate environmentAdvanced Technical skills a must (MS Office 365 Suite)Preferred Requirements:Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with professionalism and tactExcellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with othersStrong leadership skillsPositive, can do attitude willing to help team and peersAbility to prioritize effectivelyStrong attention to detail demonstrating accuracy and thoroughness of workFlexibility to accommodate an ever changing, global environment with strong analytical skills to find solutions
