Coming off the back of our biggest year ever, we’re looking for an experienced Associate Director to help us deliver our ambitious growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
- As an Associate Director you will be responsible for the lifetime value of the customer, through renewal, upsell and cross-sell opportunity.
- You will work in collaboration with the Client Success team, who are accountable and responsible for ensuring that all service challenges are known and understood and a smooth handover for renewal takes account.
- You will invest time to build long-lasting relationships with your key contacts at each of your customers, regularly ensuring that you do regular relationship building activities.
- As a key collaborator, you’ll work with the other parts of the business, such as commercial to understand the current requirements of the customer as well as future growth opportunities in light of our current and future product offering.
- You’ll be a credible and knowledgeable representative of Amber with a strong knowledge of both the energy industry but also their business.
- You will have keen commercial acumen and be able to deliver innovative solutions to overcoming client issues such as credit.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
Key Skills, Attributes and Experience
- Experience in and passion for the property industry, either direct or very close into the sector.
- A highly experienced Relationship Manager, from the property/utilities sector with a passion for sustainability.
- A history of delivering stretching growth targets in a sales and account management capacity.
- Someone who thrives in a results oriented, customer centred environment, where relationships are critical to success.
- An ability to make the complex simple, dissolving the complexity of utilities for our customers to enable them to better understand our products and services.
- An ability to empathise and assimilate into the view of the customer to leverage the best outcomes for them from our internal teams.
- An incredible ‘people person’ who builds strong long-lasting relationships quickly be that with customers, their team or the broader company.
