We are looking for a Stretch Specialist!

Our Stretch Specialists are committed to helping individuals reach their health & fitness goals. They specialize in the design and implementation of individualized programs. Our fitness professionals are skilled in the safe and proper use of stretching, percussion therapy, exercising, and equipment. Our Stretch Specialists are energetic, provide exceptional customer service, and enjoy finding creative ways to keep clients motivated while assisting them in overcoming obstacles.
Our most successful professionals have an entrepreneurial spirit yet appreciate the support from club management and our corporate office. Our stretch specialist are responsible for creating happier and healthier lifestyles by building relationships that will last a lifetime. Our specialist will provide assisted stretch and recovery sessions to help members feel and move better. Provinding a welcoming, and a positive member experience that is educational, supportive and rewarding.
Responsibilities include:
- Develops safe, professional, and comprehensive client programs that support client goal and retention.
- Leads clients through assisted stretch sessions using techniques like PNF, active and passive stretching.
- Leads clients through recovery sessions using techniques like assisted stretching, percussion therapy, and breathing practices.
- Conducts stretch and recovery demos for members including pre-screening, medical history, lifestyle questionnaire, and goal setting to assess and recommend stretching programs.
- Provides fitness floor assistance to all members to ensure safety, provide education, and motivate members.
- Promotes and sells stretch session programs and other personal training services.
- Remains current on certifications, credentials and continuing education to advance throughout the levels program.
- Assists sales associates and General Manager with studio tours, offsite events, and sales as needed.
- Attends staff meetings and complete simple admin expectations.
- Clean and maintain all equipment in order to ensure it is available for client use at any given time.
What you are all about:
- You have a High School Diploma or GED.
- You have a Nationally-accredited current Personal Trainer certification.
- You are CPR and AED Certified.
- You have knowledge of assisted stretching and other recovery techniques.
- You have at least 6 months of personal training or fitness professional experience.
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Physiology, or other related field is preferred.
- You have an Assisted Stretching Certification (AIS, FST, or similar) is preferred.
- You have excellent verbal, promotional and communication skills is preferred.

*All benefits vary based on employee job status and including hours worked.
Compensation: $26.00 – $78.00 per hour plus bonuses. Based on qualifications, experience and production.
