We’re seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to manage our Woodlands branch. As Branch Manager, you’ll lead a team of 4–8 employees, driving performance, member satisfaction, and operational excellence. You’ll champion a member-first culture, foster professional growth, and serve as a visible ambassador in the community to expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

👥 Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team focused on accountability and continuous improvement
  • Facilitate weekly meetings and daily huddles to align goals and strengthen communication
  • Oversee staffing, performance reviews, and professional development initiatives
  • Identify and mentor high-potential employees to build leadership capacity

💼 Member Experience & Sales Culture

  • Promote a member-centric, service-driven environment with a strong financial guidance mindset
  • Set clear performance expectations and coach staff to exceed service and production goals
  • Resolve escalated member concerns promptly and professionally

⚙️ Operations & Compliance

  • Manage daily branch operations including lending, teller services, and member support
  • Ensure full compliance with federal/state regulations and internal policies
  • Maintain audit readiness, cash control, and operational efficiency
  • Leverage branch technologies to enhance service delivery

📈 Strategic Growth & Community Engagement

  • Align branch performance with organizational goals to drive membership growth
  • Represent the credit union in community outreach and member events
  • Build relationships with Select Employer Groups (SEGs) and local organizations

🏢 Facility Oversight

  • Ensure a clean, safe, and professional branch environment
  • Coordinate facility maintenance and address issues proactively

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in financial services or retail banking
  • Strong coaching, communication, and performance management skills
  • Deep understanding of branch operations, compliance, and member service
  • Ability to engage with the community and promote brand visibility
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
