Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels. Manage campaigns, optimize marketing funnels to enhance lead generation and brand visibility, and conduct market analysis to identify new growth opportunities
- Digital & Social Media Management: Design and implement social media calendar and campaigns to engage our audience and grow our online community. Monitor social trends and sentiments to adapt strategies in real-time
- Content Creation: Produce and edit high-quality visual content, including video and photo, to elevate the corporate brand. Collaborate with the PR agencies and affiliates to develop engaging, brand-consistent materials for all promotional activities
- Website Content Management: Manage and update website content to ensure it is accurate, engaging, and aligned with our brand narrative
- Risk & Reputation Management: Actively monitor our corporate brand's reputation across all media channels. Assist the team in identifying and flagging potential reputational risks, gathering information during a crisis, and preparing materials for a timely response
- Offline marketing & Event Planning: Assist in the planning and execution of offline marketing initiatives, corporate events, conferences, and networking functions, handling event logistics from venue selection to promotional materials
- Analytics and Reporting: Analyze campaign performance to fine-tune strategies and prepare detailed reports that demonstrate ROI for internal stakeholders
- Budget Management: Assist in managing the corporate marketing budget, tracking expenses, and optimizing spending to maximize the impact of our initiatives
- Market Research: Conduct ongoing research to monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging communication platforms to inform future strategies
- Internal Communications: Support the development and distribution of internal communications to inform and engage employees on key corporate initiatives and company news
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the US Affiliates and other departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all touchpoints
- Travel and Networking: Be prepared for business travel (up to 20%) to create content
- Perform other related duties assigned
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in marketing, with a particular emphasis on digital and social media strategy
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and content creation platforms, such as Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, and social media analytics tools (or equivalent)
- Basic skills in video and photo shooting, with an understanding of visual storytelling for digital platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information into clear, actionable insights for various stakeholders
- A strong work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Ability to work independently with excellent time management skills, while also thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
- A creative problem-solver with sharp attention to detail and a strategic mindset that drives innovative marketing solutions
Travel:
- Up to 20%
The anticipated base salary range for candidates who will work in New York is $75K to $90K. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be subject to several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of the candidate’s experience within the job; type and length of experience within the specific industry; educational background; and the location of employment. This salary range may not reflect the pay scale for employees who work in other states.
