Job Description:Responsibilities
You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:
- Maintain and update client security procedures; ensure team compliance.
- Coordinate specialised evacuation procedures (Fire, Bomb, Disaster Recovery).
- Liaise with Corporate Security Management, Corporate Services, and Business Units.
- Manage data input from client sites with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Ensure smooth and effective shift handovers.
- Escalate and monitor incidents per protocol until resolution.
- Communicate with external authorities (Police, Fire Brigade) when required.
- Oversee operational testing and user compliance for technology enhancements.
- Uphold company confidentiality and code of conduct at all times.
- Report grievances and serious concerns to the Line Manager immediately.
- Record all events accurately in the Daily Occurrence Log.
- Respond to calls and emails professionally and promptly.
- Monitor and escalate door alarm system alerts.
- Manage CCTV and Access Control Systems, including database oversight.
- Monitor global alarms and CCTV feeds across European sites.
- Process system data and provide timely incident reports to management.
- Ensure secure image storage and data integrity for legal admissibility.

Qualifications:What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for someone who sees a different world—someone who values teamwork, shows initiative, and wants to grow. Ideally, you’ll have:
- A valid SIA licence.
- CCTV Licence
- Experience in control room
- Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends.
- The right to work in the UK, with a 5-year checkable history.
- Strong communication skills in English—both written and spoken.
