Who We’re Looking For:
A passionate, organized, and experienced leader ready to guide a childcare center with excellence. If you're a team-builder, motivator, and champion of quality care — we want to meet you!
What You’ll Do:
- Lead day-to-day operations and management of the school
- Oversee curriculum implementation & regulatory compliance
- Supervise, mentor & support an amazing team of educators
- Maintain accurate administrative records & reports
- Collaborate with families and build strong community ties
- Ensure a safe, enriching, and nurturing environment
- Organize staff meetings, professional development & events
What You Bring to the Table:
- 21+ years old
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education
- NC Director's Credential & NC Qualifying Letter
- 3-5+ years in a leadership/admin role in licensed childcare
- CPR & First Aid Certified
- Background Check Cleared
- Ability to work a rotating shift between 6:00am–6:00pm, Mon–Fri
