We’re looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our Airstream sales team. In this role, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, coach and motivate a high-performing team, and ensure every guest receives an unforgettable experience on their journey to owning an Airstream. What You’ll Do:

  • Hire, train, and inspire a motivated sales team to achieve maximum results

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive growth in both local and nationwide Airstream sales

  • Set monthly sales goals and provide the tools and support to achieve them

  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and departmental performance

  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and dealership regulations

  • Maintain optimal staffing and scheduling for peak performance

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience managing sales operations (RV or automotive industry preferred)

  • Proven leadership, coaching, and team-building skills

  • Strong understanding of market conditions and sales processes

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills

  • Passion for helping people achieve their travel and adventure dreams

  • Valid driver’s license
