We’re looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our Airstream sales team. In this role, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, coach and motivate a high-performing team, and ensure every guest receives an unforgettable experience on their journey to owning an Airstream. What You’ll Do:
Hire, train, and inspire a motivated sales team to achieve maximum results
Develop and execute strategies to drive growth in both local and nationwide Airstream sales
Set monthly sales goals and provide the tools and support to achieve them
Manage budgets, forecasts, and departmental performance
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and dealership regulations
Maintain optimal staffing and scheduling for peak performance
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of experience managing sales operations (RV or automotive industry preferred)
Proven leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
Strong understanding of market conditions and sales processes
Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
Passion for helping people achieve their travel and adventure dreams
Valid driver’s license
