What you’ll do:
- Provide administrative support for clinical trial activities, including documentation, tracking, and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate trial coordination.
- Maintain and manage electronic systems and tools with a high level of proficiency.
- Communicate effectively in both German and English with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support clinical documentation and coordination.
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a company setting
- Experience or exposure to clinical research is preferred.
- Administrative experience in clinical settings preferred, for instance if previous experience as Study Coordinator.
- Excellent German language skills (C1 or native) and strong English skills, both verbal and written.
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
- High affinity for electronic systems and digital tools.
- Positive attitude and willingness to follow best practices and team recommendations.
- Full-time availability and willingness to work office-based in client office location in Vienna.
