Primary Responsibilities 

  • Champion the company’s culture and values while contributing to the ongoing enhancement of recruiting processes, policies, and practices. 
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define position requirements, ensuring roles are filled efficiently. 
  • Collaborate with business leaders to prepare and present profitability and cost justification reports to stakeholders, securing approval to proceed with new hires. 
  • Manage all stages of the recruitment cycle including job postings in the (ATS), sourcing and screening candidates, presenting qualified shortlists, coordinating interviews, preparing offers, conducting background checks, and facilitating onboarding. 
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective talent by leveraging multiple sourcing channels and recruitment strategies. 
  • Actively identify and engage candidates through social media platforms, professional networks, and resume databases. 
  • Develop and recommend creative recruitment strategies to address hiring challenges and support managers in promoting the company as an employer of choice. 
  • Contribute to organization-wide HR initiatives and cross-functional projects. 


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline, plus at least 2 years of recruiting experience. 
  • Experience in a high-tech industry, architecture, engineering, construction, data center, or related industries preferred. 
  • Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to follow through effectively. 
  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with professionals at all organizational levels. 
  • Demonstrated integrity, discretion, and ability to manage confidential information. 
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as in a team setting. 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. 
  • Analytical thinker with solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
  • This is a full-time, in-office role and may require occasional travel.
