This position is primarily responsible for helping in multiple finance department areas and filling in as needed.
Primary duties:
- File state sales taxes monthly and quarterly by their due dates
- Answer payment line and process payments for customers
- Support the finance team in the monthly close process, including account reconciliations and variance analysis
- Utilize the Aging Report to contact customers for initial and follow-up calls for past due balances
- Filling out pay applications timely
- Back up for project closeout specialist to complete lien waivers and closeout documentation
- Back up for the credit administrative assistant by posting checks to customer accounts accurately and efficiently.
- Processing insurance certificate requests
- Reconciling general contractor accounts between the contract and actual invoices
- Review purchase orders/contracts. Approve/amend as necessary to ensure mutual agreement between Inpro and the customer.
- Work on special projects and reports
- All other duties as assigned

Ideal candidates will possess the following:
- 2 – 4 year college degree with emphasis in finance, accounting or related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
