POSITION SUMMARY:
Artemis Lifestyle Services is seeking a detail-oriented, thorough, and organized IT Specialist to join our growing team. In this position, you will play a key role in providing support for all areas of IT. You will update systems, troubleshoot problems, and provide hands-on support for IT issues within our organization. This is a non-exempt position answering to the IT Director.
POSITION FUNCTIONS:
- Maintaining day to day help desk/staff tickets
- Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating inventory items
- Ability to assist with VOIP
- Assisting staff with hardware and software challenges
- Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems
- Implement security measures
- Monitor security certificates and company compliance of requirements
- Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems
- Install and update company software and hardware as needed
- Performs routine system maintenance and analysis functions, including hardware configurations and adding, removing, and replacing equipment components.
- Preference will be given for Vendor certifications from Microsoft (MCP, MCSA, MCSE), SonicWall, VMware (VCP), etc.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Minimum 1 year of technical support experience
- Proficient with the Microsoft Suite
- Must have a background check result that meets the criteria of the company
- Must be authorized to work in the US
