Gatsby Bar is Brisbane’s premier late-night destination, known for its luxe vibes, premium drinks, and unforgettable parties. We’re on the hunt for dynamic hospitality professionals who can work across both the bar and bottle service floor.

The Role:
You’ll be behind the bar pouring drinks and shaking cocktails, as well as stepping out onto the floor to deliver VIP bottle service with flair. It’s the best of both worlds – fast-paced bartending plus the energy of VIP hosting.

We’re Looking For:

• Confident, outgoing, and professional personalities
• Ability to adapt between bar service and premium bottle presentations
• Thrive in a high-energy, late-night environment
• Hospitality experience preferred, but strong attitude and hustle essential
