Description
Delmar Gardens of Smyrna is looking for a Part-Time Maintenance/Floor Technician. The candidate is responsible for maintenance and housekeeping duties.
Job Responsibilities:
- Will assist in responding to emergencies as necessary
- Must keep in contact with the Front Desk throughout the shift
- Responsible for understanding emergency procedures and cooperating with other staff to protect the safety and well-being of residents and physical plant
Experienced preferred but not required. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
