Role Summary:
 As a People & Culture Business Partner, you will drive people strategies that support business growth, employee engagement, and a strong workplace culture. Partnering with leaders and teams, you’ll lead, organisational development, and HR initiatives to attract, retain, and develop top talent while fostering inclusion and leadership excellence. Key Responsibilities:
People Strategy & Organisational Development
Partner with leadership in designated portfolio areas to develop and execute the People Strategy and Roadmap
Manage the employee lifecycle and drive operational excellence, providing expert advice and guidance on HR policies, processes, and procedures
Drive organisational design, workforce planning, and change management to support business growth and scalability
Oversee workforce planning, resourcing, employee relations, and work health and safety matters within designated portfolios
Coach Plenti on organisational issues, talent strategies, and leadership development

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Collaborate with the Plenti Talent Acquisition Specialist and manage end-to-end hiring for assigned roles to ensure a smooth candidate experience
Work in partnership with People & Culture, LeadCo, and Strategy & Operations teams to deliver on the talent strategy and operational plans
Provide day-to-day support on job ads, resume screening, pre-screening interviews, market mapping, and onboarding activities

Culture, Inclusion & Employee Experience
Build a culture of inclusion by integrating Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategies into talent acquisition, leadership development, and organisational health
Continuously enhance employer branding, team culture, and candidate engagement strategies

HR Processes, Analytics & Continuous Improvement
Deliver and execute key HR cyclical activities and programs (e.g., performance reviews, employee engagement surveys, action planning)
Provide data-driven insights and analytics to guide workforce planning, program design, and decision-making
Adopt a continuous improvement mindset to refine HR practices, enhance employee experience, and optimise processes
Stay up to date with legislative changes, industry trends, and emerging HR best practices

About you:
HR Experience: 4+ years in HR generalist and recruitment roles, including at least 3 years in a strategic HR Business Partner position
Workforce & Change Management: Proven expertise in workforce planning, organisational development, and change management
Stakeholder & Leadership Coaching: Strong ability to engage, influence, and coach leaders at all levels
Data-Driven Decision Making: Skilled in leveraging analytics to improve processes and outcomes
Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across all levels of the organisation
Strategic Thinking: Adept at driving change, influencing outcomes, negotiating, and developing people-focused solutions
Project & Process Management: Demonstrated project management and analytical skills
HR Knowledge: Deep understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry regulations
Proven HR Impact: Evidence of implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals
Adaptability & Judgment: Strong decision-making skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
