Your Role in our Mission
This role is pivotal in driving transformation through a hybrid PMO model, enabling strategic decision-making, and managing change across complex, multinational environments. The ideal candidate will bring a comprehensive understanding of financial flows between countries, a strong ability to synthesize information into actionable options, and a 360-degree view of challenges and opportunities.

What You’ll be Doing:
- Lead and manage strategic projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and global financial considerations.
- Operate within a hybrid PMO model, acting as a Centre of Excellence for project governance, tools, training, and standards.
- Ensure project frameworks incorporate cross-border financial flow awareness, compliance, and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and deliverables, bringing well-researched options to decision-making forums.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions, ensuring transparency and alignment with strategic goals.
- Provide 360-degree analysis of project challenges, integrating financial, operational, and strategic perspectives.
- Bring data-driven insights and options to meetings, enabling informed decision-making by leadership.
- Prepare and present reports that highlight key achievements, risks, and strategic recommendations.
- Lead the implementation of the new Target Operating Model (TOM), ensuring alignment with strategic and financial goals.
- Develop and execute change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions and adoption of the TOM.
- Build and optimize processes that support the TOM and enhance cross-functional collaboration.

- Proven experience in managing strategic projects within a multinational organization, with exposure to international financial flows.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
