Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Structure deals with integrity while maximizing profitability.
- Provide guidance and assistance to customers throughout the sales process.
- Ensure all sales processes are in full compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and market awareness.
- Set performance expectations and track progress through regular evaluations.
- Collaborate with other dealership departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism and accountability.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous automotive sales management experience required (minimum 2 years).
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of dealership sales processes and compliance requirements.
- Valid driver’s license.
- High energy, results-driven, and customer-focused mindset.
