Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned HR Technology Product Owner to drive the evolution of the People & Culture function by enhancing systems, processes, and strategies on a global scale. This role will lead the implementation, integration, and optimization of our HCM platform—particularly in Learning & Development (L&D) and Total Rewards—while ensuring scalable and efficient solutions that align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Vision
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for HCM system enhancements, with a focus on optimizing the global employee experience.
- Drive the global execution of L&D and Total Rewards initiatives, aligning system strategy with broader talent and organizational priorities.
- Partner with senior leadership to prioritize initiatives and ensure seamless execution across regions.
Talent & System Implementation
- Lead the global implementation and optimization of Oracle HCM modules for Talent, Total Rewards, and L&D.
- Manage system upgrades, integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring best practices and standard processes.
- Oversee integration with other HR technologies, enabling seamless data flow and consistent user experiences.
Data & Analytics
- Use data insights to measure system effectiveness, track KPIs, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Deliver regular reporting and analysis to senior leadership, highlighting performance, trends, and recommendations.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact for Talent, Total Rewards, and L&D system matters.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, Legal, and global business partners to resolve cross-functional challenges and ensure alignment.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience with Oracle HCM, including 5+ years as a Product Owner or in a similar leadership role.
- Expertise in Oracle Guided Learning configuration, Jira backlog management, and delivering global initiatives.
- Proven success implementing People & Culture systems and driving adoption.
- Strong knowledge of HR, Talent, Total Rewards, and L&D workflows.
Skills
- Exceptional project and product management capabilities, with a track record of delivering complex initiatives globally.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence at all levels.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with competing priorities.
