About the Department

The ideal candidate will bring strong abilities in data tracking, charting, and reporting—transforming metrics into actionable insights that improve operational decision-making. A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential, with bonus points for familiarity with Smartsheet, KPA software, Lifecycle software, and ARCOS workforce solutions. Experience or aptitude in statistical analysis, budgeting, and administrative support for technical departments is highly valued.

We are especially interested in self-starters who take initiative and are committed to continuous learning and professional development.
