Position: Customer Care Lead Representative, (1) Full-Time Regular, Non-Exempt
Location: Ma’alaea, Maui
Pay: Starting at $21.00/hr + commission & tips

Role Overview:
The Customer Care Lead works at the direction of the Customer Care Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure the Customer Care team is following proper procedures, making accurate reservations and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and manage reservation for guests
- Actively promote and sell cruises to meet sales goals
- Oversee customer check-ins and serve as "Welcome Ambassadors"
Qualifications:
- Reliable and dependable personality
- Ability to work well independently, multi-task, and adapt to a flexible schedule, including early or late shifts
- Capable of standing or sitting for long periods and lifting up to 50lbs
- Must currently reside on Maui and familiarity with all areas of Central, South, West, and Upcountry Maui is a bonus
