Description
As an Epoxy/Paint Line Operator, you’ll prepare and finish parts using epoxy and paint processes. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment where precision, safety, and teamwork are key. This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail and hands-on experience in manufacturing.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
· Prepare parts by masking, cleaning, sanding, and bead blasting
· Apply epoxy or paint using proper mixing ratios and techniques
· Operate dispensing and paint line equipment safely and accurately
· Inspect finished parts for defects and ensure quality standards are met
· Read and follow build specs, safety data sheets (SDS), and digital instructions
· Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S standards
· Assist teammates with setup, troubleshooting, and process improvements
· Use PPE and tools correctly and follow all safety guidelines
Required:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Experience in manufacturing or similar hands-on work
· Comfortable using hand tools and working with small parts
· Able to lift up to 30 lbs. and stand for long periods
· Able to bend, squat, kneel, climb, and reach as needed
· Good hand-eye coordination and vision for detailed inspection
