- Deliver high-energy, high-impact training sessions—both live and virtual—that boost agent confidence and real-time readiness.
- Design and facilitate engaging learning experiences that resonate with adult learners and drive behavior change across inbound, outbound, and retention conversations.
- Confidently deliver training even in low-structure or rapidly evolving environments, using your creativity and initiative to build impactful experiences from the ground up.
- Own and evolve LegalZoom’s core training curriculum across all cohorts and LOBs
- Strategically stage curriculum across tenure to support ramp, productivity, and retention
- Develop and launch scalable training programs that address business needs and performance gaps
- Ensure curriculum consistency, alignment with business priorities and appropriate staging across agent tenure
- Translate enablement strategies into learning pathways that support both foundational and advanced performance
- Partner with external instructional designers to co-create scalable learning content informed by performance data and frontline insights
- Provide mentorship and coaching to internal trainers, fostering their professional growth through structured feedback, skill development, and ongoing performance support
- Manage partner training teams on instructional best practices, deliverable feedback and program delivery
- Lead quality control of internal and partner-led training initiatives ensuring alignment with QA expectations and performance targets
- Own curriculum updates for product and process launches in partnership with other cross-functional departments and LegalZoom partners
- Own the evaluation of training effectiveness using QA scores, agent metrics, and feedback loops
- Standardize and centralize training materials, assessments and delivery documentation
- Manage and own version control and documentation workflows across learning systems
- Contribute to the structure and implementation of learning systems and repositories
- Lead high-impact training initiatives tied to org-wide goals (e.g., GBNF, Conversion, Average Order Value, TrustPilot)
- Drive cross-functional projects that improve the training ecosystem, close performance gaps, and support long-term agent growth
- 6+ years of experience in learning and development, including curriculum ownership and cross-functional project execution
- Proven ability to coach and develop others, including trainers, SMEs, and partner teams—building instructional capability and improving program execution
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments with a bias for action and strong problem-solving skills; comfortable navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and removing roadblocks
- Curiosity and initiative to identify and close performance gaps before they escalate
- A growth-oriented thinker-and-doer mindset—committed to continuous improvement, skill development, and knowledge-sharing to elevate the team
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with a passion for driving performance through training across internal teams and partner organizations
- Fluency in Google Workspace, Zoom, Confluence, Jira, and Articulate 360 preferred
- Strong project management and organizational skills; highly self-directed and process-oriented
- Skilled in facilitating both live and virtual training sessions, with the ability to adapt delivery style based on audience and context
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
- A reliable remote work setup, including internet bandwidth to support all work processes
