We’re looking for our next Executive Producer: someone who can move between worlds, from the cultural heat of gaming and entertainment to the polished universe of tech, fashion, and lifestyle.

The Opportunity
We’re looking for an Executive Producer to join our London office to lead and oversee a wide range of content-first projects, that cut across digital, social, experiential, and classic media.
As Executive Producer, you’ll be the strategic partner for our clients in the UK / EMEA, a leader within our team, and the driving force behind delivering award-worthy, story-driven content that’s on time, on budget, and on brief. You’ll collaborate across strategy, creative, and production teams to bring powerful narratives and visually engaging content to life.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead end-to-end production of branded content projects – especially live action, stills, motion design, post, social, and digital campaigns
Provide strategic and production leadership on select experiential activations when needed
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and creative partner
Oversee budgets, schedules, scopes, and resources across multiple content projects at once
Collaborate closely with our creatives, strategists, directors and technologists to shape narrative and visual storytelling through to delivery
Guide and support producers and production teams to ensure creative excellence and seamless execution
Contribute to business development efforts including pitches, project planning, and team resourcing
Help refine and evolve production processes to support content efficiency and team workflow
Act as a senior leader within the London office, contributing to mentorship, collaboration, and culture
What You’ll Bring
6+ years of experience in a production leadership role within a creative agency, content studio, or production company
Proven expertise across live action, motion design, post and social/digital content production
Experience with experiential activations (pop-ups, installations, events) is a plus
Deep understanding of content workflows, storytelling, creative development, and production pipelines
Ability to manage complex budgets, timelines, and cross-disciplinary teams
Clear, confident communicator with excellent client-facing and presentation skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
Passion for great storytelling and the craft of content production deliveryStrong understanding of UK production guidelines and vendor relationships
Nice To Have
A strong list of potential leads into brand / client relationships
Experience in emerging tech (AR/VR/XR), digital installations, or innovation projects
Global or multi-market production experience
