We are a seeking an ambitious, friendly, positive, and compassionate Ultrasound Technologist to join our team.

The role of the ultrasound technologist is to Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations on patients to help physicians diagnose and treat medical conditions. They must ensure accurate imaging, patient safety, and comfort throughout the procedure.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform ultrasound exams accurately according to physician requests.
  • Prepare and position patients appropriately for imaging.
  • Maintain ultrasound equipment and ensure it is in good working order.
  • Keep clear, accurate records of procedures and images.
  • Communicate effectively with patients to explain procedures and ease concerns.
  • Follow all safety and infection control guidelines.
  • Collaborate with reading doctor for image interpretation and reporting.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

Essential:

  • Graduate from an accredited Sonography program.
  • Strong medical knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask in a busy clinical environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • BLS certification

Desirable:

  • Experience in specialized areas of ultrasound (e.g., vascular).
  • ARDMS certification in multiple specialties.
