Responsibilities:

 

  • Identify and Cultivate Partnerships: Proactively identify potential partnership opportunities that align with Moody's strategic objectives. Drive pipeline and sales growth by cultivating long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Manage Sales Activities: Oversee sales activities, pipelines, and client interactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Develop Innovative Solutions: Collaborate with our team to develop first-to-market partner opportunities and innovative solutions.
  • Establish and Grow Partner Program: Create, manage, and expand a partner program to drive revenue growth through engagement with insurance industry partners.
  • Manage Partnership Strategy: Set mutually agreed goals and enable revenue scale through effective partnership strategy management.
  • Negotiate Agreements: Handle legal and financial agreements to support prioritized partner models.
  • Drive Field Sales Engagement: Engage Moody’s field sales with partners in co-sell, reseller, referral, and teaming models.
  • Conduct Business Planning: Lead business planning, product and sales training, marketing events, and demand generation activities.

 

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Experience: 7-10+ years’ experience in developing and executing partner strategies.
  • Business Case Development: Ability to develop quantifiable business cases with partners to drive strong, mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Hunter Mentality: Engage with partner executives and demonstrate the value of partnering with Moody’s.
  • Proven Success: Track record of success and over-achievement in previous roles.
  • Strategic Relationships: Build and manage strategic relationships with partnership and sales executives.
  • Effective Communication: Drive effective and transparent communication with partners for optimal partner/customer experience.
  • Collaboration: Work with strategy leads, product managers, Go to Market (GTM) leads, and partners to maximize program potential.
  • Operationalize Models: Implement unique partner models and GTM strategies.
  • Governance Process: Manage partners with a clear governance process, including executive quarterly business reviews and monthly status meetings.
  • Sales Enablement: Provide input into competitive sales enablement collateral and tools.
  • Budget Management: Manage partnership activation budget and utilize metrics to measure partner success.

 

 

Moody's involves establishing, managing, and growing a partner program to drive revenue growth through engagement with consulting sector partners. The position requires identifying and cultivating partnerships, overseeing sales activities, developing innovative solutions, and negotiating agreements. The role also includes driving field sales engagement, conducting business planning, and managing partnership strategies to achieve mutually agreed goals and enable revenue scale for the organization

 

 

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $134,400.00 - $194,850.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation. Moody’s also offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, a discounted employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
