WHY BOX NEEDS YOU
Be a key contributor in Box's high performing Renewals team. The Box Renewal Manager will develop and drive the renewal process, with a focus on expansion and growth.
Working in a highly collaborative and fast moving environment, alongside a team of talented Account Executives, Solution Engineers and Customer Success Managers, the Box Renewal Manager will look after a territory of medium to large sized accounts. Accounts will be located across the Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
The Renewal Manager will blow our customers minds by thoroughly understanding their business and delivering an excellent customer experience. Addressing customers pain points, solution selling and discovery of new use cases are key in this role.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Retain and increase subscription revenue, usage, subscriptions and market share in existing customer accounts
Achieve individual goals on a quarterly and annual basis
Engage in consultative discovery conversations to uncover account expansion and multi-year subscription opportunities
Be a thought leader for selling at time of renewal
Create proposals and prepare contracts
Contribute ideas to develop team process and best practices
WHO YOU ARE
A minimum oftwo years experience in renewals, sales, account management or equivalent customer facing role.
Proven sales history of quota over-achievement in a technology role
Previous history quarterbacking renegotiations of legal terms
Must be motivated, goal oriented and able to work independently
Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
Strong oral and written communication skills
Experience working with customers in different European markets is a bonus
Ability to speak European languages, in addition to English, is a bonus
