Your role
We’re looking for a product onboarding specialist to:
• manage end-to-end onboarding process for new funds and administrators for UBS WMA platform
• serve as primary point of contact during the onboarding process, providing all relevant documents and status updates
• be responsible for structuring the operational workflow and relationship expectations with funds and administrators to streamline our clients experience while investing in alternative investment products.
• work with strategic internal and external partners such as the product structuring team, Alts Capabilities (operations) team, IT, Fund companies, and administrators
• continuously improve onboarding processes to enhance efficiency and reduce onboarding time to market
Detailed salary information:
• New York: the salary range for this role is $90,000 to $100,000.
The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Your team
Our team works with strategic internal and external partners such as the Structuring team, Alts Capabilities team, internal and external IT support vendors, Fund companies, and administrators to on-board new product to the UBS WMA Alts. platform.
Your expertise
• ideally 2+ years of experience in alternative investments, high net worth clients, operations, transactional processing and/or wealth management operations, preferably on another broker dealer/bank platform.
• advanced skills in Excel, Word, and SharePoint
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• positive, with a can-do attitude that motivates and inspires others
• experience with process improvements and ability to execute
• able to understand processes and you are strong at mapping out requirements and end-to-end assessments with the end goal of identifying gaps
• self-starter who takes initiative and learns quickly in a fast-paced environment
