This is a temporary position until July 2026. You will be working full time Monday to Friday. This position can either be based in our Sydney Olympic Park, NSW or Hobart / Margate, TAS offices.

What You’ll Be Doing 

  • Support end-to-end payroll activities across weekly and fortnightly pay cycles 

  • Collaborate on payroll-related projects and process improvements 

  • Engage with stakeholders across the business to deliver exceptional service 

  • Interpret enterprise agreements, awards, policies, and legislation 

  • Ensure compliance with tax and superannuation regulations 

  • Use payroll systems such as Chris21 and Dayforce, with intermediate Excel skills 

  • Contribute to the implementation of our new HRIS system 

 

What we are looking for? 

  • An eye for detail and commitment to compliance, combined with experience working in a dynamic business 

  • Keen sense and passion for customer service, ideally you will have experience in fast pace, high-volume weekly and fortnightly pays in a full function payroll environment, you will engage with stakeholders across the business 

  • Proficient with interpretation of enterprise agreements, award, policies, and legislation 

  • Experience in tax and superannuation legislations

  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills 

  • Your adaptability to use various payroll and time in attendance systems like Chris21, Dayforce and intermediate skills in Excel
