- Supporting freight office activities – ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant.
- Handling pallet control/data entry, reporting, and general admin duties.
- Jumping in to help the team where needed – from reception duties to supporting the branch with important updates.
- Contributing to a safe workplace by following WHS policies and procedures.
- A strong customer focus with excellent communication skills.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and reliable – you enjoy getting things right the first time.
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and working in a team environment.
- Previous experience in administration or customer service is highly regarded.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn – we’ll provide training and support!
