About the role

We are looking for a Brand Manager to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.


Reporting to AIRR’s Head of Marketing & Loyalty, the Brand Manager leads the management of AIRR’s owned brands and key marketing strategies to promote to the AIRR member network of 300+ stores nationally and wholesale business. This role develops and delivers brand positioning, promotional campaigns, and marketing initiatives aligned with AIRR’s strategic goals. It also supports company-wide events and ensures consistent brand presence across all channels driving brand performance, enhancing member value, and supporting the success of the AIRR network.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that drive brand, supplier, and private label growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver aligned, effective marketing initiatives
  • Strengthen brand presence and customer loyalty through continuous brand development and targeted campaigns
  • Lead the planning and execution of major events and marketing campaigns, including the AIRR National Conference
  • Oversee marketing operations and support business initiatives through structured project management and execution
  • Contribute to a positive team culture by aligning with company values, supporting team development, and encouraging open communication

About you
To excel, you will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business (Marketing)
  • At least 5 years’ Marketing experience, including proven success in a similar role driving strategic initiatives
  • Experience working within a sales organisation and/or agricultural industry highly regarded
  • Prior experience in relevant retail sectors or a national distribution network would be advantageous
  • Drivers Licence essential
