We are currently searching for a Senior Women's Product Developer to join the team based in our beautiful head office in Alexandria. This role is permanent and full time.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of our Women’s core collection of essential wardrobe pieces, from concept to final production.
- Collaborate with our design team to ensure each product aligns with Assembly Label’s clean, minimalist aesthetic and commitment to quality.
- Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, including material selection, technical specifications, fit testing, and garment construction.
- Work closely with suppliers and manufacturing partners to ensure high production standards, on-time delivery, and cost-effective solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior product developers and collaborate across teams, including design, merchandising, and supply chain.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with knitwear and woven categories such as dresses and basics.
- Prior leadership or mentoring experience.
- A portfolio showcasing your experience
