Key Responsibilities
- Analysis of the determination of payment of federal and state taxes.
- Determination of annual tax and preparation of the Annual Fiscal Year Declaration of legal entities in combination with external fiscal consultant.
- Generation of files and sending of Electronic Accounting.
- Issue invoice for the payment of 3% on payroll.
- Preparation, sending and presentation to the SAT of the Form 96 Partner Report.
- Annual Economic Report to the Ministry of Economy.
- Make transfer invoices in the SAT.
- Create income invoices (SCRAP) within the electronic invoice system.
- Carry out the acceptance/rejection of invoices within the SAT.
- Prepare forms to meet VAT refund requirements.
- Support in collecting information for the provisional payment of each month.
- Registration of accounting entries for both the provisional payment and the ISN 3%.
- Sending volumetric controls to the SAT, in case to apply.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
• Address VAT and ISR refund requirements.
Experience: Accounting/tax firm, minimum experience of 3 years in taxes.
Scholarship: Accountant, bachelor's degree in administration or related desirable.
Location: García, Nuevo León.
