We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Market Insights Manager to join our CMI team in CDMO! You will be responsible to drive and lead the market insights strategy and ensure market insights are the engine of sustainable and efficient growth for L'Oréal. Reporting into the CMI Director, this is a key strategic role in the business and requires stakeholder management, inspiring leadership, innovative thinking at its core. The ideal candidate will be proficient in market insights, beauty trends and have a thorough understanding of the Australia & New Zealand beauty landscape. ABOUT THE JOB Utilise market data to analyse the performance of the group, the market and the competition and identify growth drivers.Translate your analyses into strategic recommendations and concrete action plans for operational teams and top management.Integrate market insights into broader insights studies and business analysis.Provide specialised ad hoc analyses and recommendations to different departments (e.g. marketing, sales, e-commerce, etc.) and act as a strategic partner.Serve as the primary data expert for the ANZ beauty market, leading the management of the ANZ Beauty Universe (our single source of truth) to provide a holistic market understanding and effectively democratise insights and market data across the business.Develop and lead forecasts for the market (categories, channels, competition) as part of the strategic plan and financial cycles, working with the business and aligning top management.Lead data management and optimise market and data coverage.Work with the data & analytics team to automate analyses and reporting.Lead the relationship with our data agencies, serving as the central point of contact to ensure data integrity and optimize reporting efficiencyABOUT YOUPrior experience in consumer & market insights or related rolesComprehensive understanding on marketing measurement, KPI and performance Strong attention to detail and data analysis of both quantitative and qualitative information Exposure to managing internal tools, systems and processes required for consumer insights Strong communication and relationship building skillsABOUT THE PERKSLife insurance and Income Protection Hybrid working environment.
