The SAP Order to Cash Senior Configuration Analyst is responsible for implementing and supporting the SAP S4 Fashion Solution for the individual SAP Order to Cash (OTC) team within the Global implementation and then implement and support the long-term support initiatives for the OTC/CAR team. This position engages in business process design for order management, logistics, storage & distribution, and contracts, Customer Master and billing. The primary focus will be partnering with business, Integrator and IT teams to design and implement Order to Cash (OTC) deliverables within the budgetary guidelines mutually agreed upon with IT Management and the business areas supported and that the results are of a consistently high quality that meet the business needs. Also responsible for the integrity, availability, and security of assigned Order to Cash (OTC) functionality to meet established IT goals. Such goals may include single or multi-year strategic initiatives, ongoing processes such as innovation, commercialization of Big Stories, or other needs created by the brands.

  • The role requires focused skills in process validation, configuration, development, testing, planning, and execution of the following:
    • SAP S4 Fashion/FMS/AFS Configuration
    • Functional Specifications (WRICEF)
    • Security Design related to Order to Cash Functionality
    • Integration to external partners and other internal systems including eCommerce, EDI, WMS Solutions, and B2B Integration
  • Multiple SAP lifecycle implementations preferred – Blueprint/Blueprint, Build/Test, Go-Live and Support

Key Responsibilities:   

  • Knowledge on POS to CAR Integration that includes Extraction, Transformation, and Loading of transactional files
  • Knowledge on loading different types of POS transactions Sales, tender, financial, total transactions
  • Knowledge on Sales Audit - Handling exception
  • Knowledge on Omnichannel processing -> sharing real time inventory with partners
  • Knowledge on S4 to CAR integration
    • Material outbound to partners
    • Outbound form CAR to S4 and Inbound of Sales from CAR to S4.
    • Sales, Tender and inventory posting in S4
  • Knowledge on Fiori tiles related to store's inventory management (goods receipts/Issues, adjustment , label print)
  • Definition and configuration of key processes that drive OTC solutions, integration and processes.
  • Map functional capabilities of IT systems to meet business requirements
  • For the ERP Program Implementation and in support of projects and enhancements:
    • Accountable for future IT functional and technical design, configuration and integration of the SAP S4 Fashion OTC and other OTC Solutions Follow Project workplans to implement ERP activities in line with legacy and 3rd Party changes
    • Definition and documentation of processes, WRICEF, Functional Specifications, test plans/scripts, deployment plans and legacy appl. Changes
    • Participate in key process workshops & issue resolution sessions
    • Contribute to the future IT solution design, testing, deployment and change management
    • Provide updates to reviews of program deliverables and status
    • Partner with 3rd Parties for EDI, B2B, Legacy changes
    • Support data cleansing/migration activities
  • Support OTC Lead to identify and plan IT driven growth opportunities, and develop plans for executing support initiatives, which may include sustaining, stretch, and breakthrough innovation.
  • Ensure consistent definition and compliance of security
  • Partner with IT and SI OTC leads and Business Leads to ensure design meets requirements and gaps and/or issues are identified/resolved
  • Manage own work and support other team members to achieve budget and schedule.
    • Support issue and weekly progress reporting
    • Support identification and control of areas of risk, to drive resolution of issues.

Experience/Education: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, computer science, or other relevant discipline required.
  • Certified in SAP SD/OTC Functional Configuration (preferred)
  • Demonstrates strong command of the English language both written and verbal.
  • 4+ years minimum experience in SAP CAR configuration and interface to S4
  • 8+ years minimum experience in SAP OTC configuration and programming leadership with recent hands-on experience - preferred. Lead development, testing, planning and execution of the following:
    • SAP Configuration for SAP OTC:
      • Customer Service, Customer Master, Pricing, Order Management, Delivery Processing, Logistics/Distribution, Billing, Sales, Sales Reporting, Returns, STO, Inventory, Customer EDI and Reporting
      • Ideally S4 Fashion / FMS / AFS Related: Allocations, Rescheduling, VAS, etc
      • Contracts, Sales Order Processing, Pricing, Logistics Execution, Billing, Account Determination, Output Control
    • Integration Testing
    • Cutover planning and execution

  • Preferred 7+ years of SAP Apparel and Footwear or Consumer Products industry experience with hands-on functional and configuration experience including functional specification of WRICEF including integration points
