Key Responsibilities
- Drive new logo / new business sales across France and French-speaking Switzerland.
- Lead the full enterprise sales cycle: from prospecting and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and close.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline using your existing network as well as standard prospecting tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator.
- Deliver compelling business cases and ROI-driven presentations to senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
- Stay current on industry trends and regulatory developments to inform client conversations.
- Represent Confluence at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
What skills and experience do I need to succeed?
- 7+ years of enterprise sales experience, selling analytics or regulatory solutions to financial institutions
- Proven track-record in new logo acquisition and high-velocity sales environments.
- Fluent in French and English
- Strong understanding of the investment management analytics and regulatory ecosystem.
- Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, and Miller Heiman or similar sales methodologies.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills
