What you'll be doing:

As a UK Commercial Retail Executive, you’ll be at the heart of our retail operations, helping to shape brand and product strategies that drive growth. You’ll manage promotional calendars, ensure product data accuracy, and support the execution of retail plans that deliver real value. This role is all about collaboration, precision, and making things happen—working closely with cross-functional teams to keep everything running smoothly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing joint business plans and promotional calendars with retail partners.
• Setting up new products and ensuring all data is accurate and complete.
• Monitoring product details and pricing across the market.
• Tracking sales performance and identifying growth opportunities.
• Collaborating with European teams on portfolio updates.
• Supporting retail meetings and logistics.
• Providing insights on competitor activity and market trends.
• Responding quickly to issues that impact sales.
