 With a focus on India, KRAFTON is dedicated to nurturing the gaming and start-up ecosystem. In line with this commitment, KRAFTON initiated the KRAFTON India Gaming Incubator (KIGI) in October 2023. KIGI aims to support 6-10 teams annually with program durations ranging from six months to one year. Additionally, KRAFTON India has invested over $150 million in the Indian market in the past two years and has committed an additional $150 million to the Indian start-up ecosystem over the next three years. 

About the role 

We are seeking a Social Media & Community Manager to lead content, engagement, and brand presence in esports. You’ll create platform-specific content, manage fan communities, and drive real-time coverage around tournaments and players. A passion for gaming culture and strong digital skills are key to thriving in this role. 

 Responsibilities  

  • Content Strategy & Execution – Plan and publish daily content around tournaments, teams, players, and sponsors with platform-specific adaptations. 
  • Live Coverage & Highlights – Provide real-time match updates, stories, memes, and highlight clips to drive engagement during events. 
  • Community Engagement – Interact with fans, manage Discord/Reddit/Twitter (X), respond to trends, and amplify fan-created content. 
  • Brand & Sponsor Integration – Maintain consistent brand voice, integrate sponsor deliverables seamlessly, and support influencer/streamer collaborations. 
  • Analytics & Reporting – Track impressions, engagement, growth, and sponsor visibility; share performance reports post-event. 
  • Crisis Management – Handle stream delays, player controversies, or miscommunication quickly with clear, professional updates. 

 Qualification 

  • Strong understanding of esports ecosystem (games, teams, tournaments, fan culture). 
  • Expertise in social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, X, TikTok, Discord) and trending formats. 
  • Content creation & copywriting skills for creatives, reels, memes, and highlights. 
  • Community management & engagement with quick crisis-handling abilities. 
  • Analytics & reporting knowledge to track growth, engagement, and sponsor visibility. 
  • Proficiency in tools (Hootsuite, Canva, Photoshop) with strong teamwork & adaptability.
