Ngarra Educator - Full-Time and Part-Time Positions (Term Time Only)
Commencing Term 1, 2026

The College is currently seeking to appoint skilled and enthusiastic  Educators to support our students and teachers across K-12, as we grow young people of faith, character, and purpose.


About Ngarra:

Location: Riverstone, NSW

Ngarra Christian College is a new specialised learning environment, located on the Norwest Christian College campus, in the north-west sector of Sydney. Ngarra and Norwest exist as separate educational institutions, intentionally sharing facilities, resources, and learning experiences that will form the basis of rich learning opportunities for all students. We are two schools living together as one learning community.

About you:

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate at interview a personal faith and commitment to the Lord Jesus Christ and a lifestyle consistent with that faith, including an active commitment to a Christian fellowship, as well as the following skills and experience:


  • completion (or willingness to commence) formal tertiary education relevant to Special Education (a minimum Cert III in Education Support, or equivalent);
  • experience in supporting primary and/or secondary students with additional needs, preferably in a school setting;
  • ability to form positive, professional relationships with students;
  • strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to use technology;
  • knowledge of the Disability Standards for Education;
  • exceptional time management skills;
  • commitment to professional learning and growth; and,
  • ability to contribute to the care of students’ wellbeing and share from a perspective of Christian faith.
