Four Seasons Private Residences at Twenty Grosvenor Square is looking to recruit a Residence Housekeeping Supervisor who is passionate about delivering exceptional and intuitive service to our residents with flexible approach and agility. Our Housekeeping Supervisor will have the opportunity to enhance our resident experience by offering a special personalised touches on a daily basis.

Responsibilities 

Responsible for supervising the activities of overnight cleaning team and completing the activities of Residence Public Area Housekeeping Attendants to ensure clean, orderly, attractive and well-maintained Residence public areas and back office areas in accordance with Four Seasons policies and procedures. Residence Public Area Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of the lobby and common areas of the Residences, both interior and exterior, according to established standards and procedures. Greets homeowners and properly orientates them in the public areas and Spa. Provides quality service and maintains a clean and well-stocked Spa and Pool area.  Adheres to and enforces all common area rules and etiquette. Forms part of the Emergency Response team. 

 

What we are looking for 

  • Experience as a Housekeeping Attendant or Supervisor is preferred. 

  • Good communications skills with a good command of the English language, both written and spoken. 

  • MUST possess the legal right to work in the UK.

  • Immaculate personal presentation.

  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to anticipate residents’ needs and go the extra mile.

  • AM and PM shift working including weekends is required.

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of homeowner information and designated data.

  • Ability to be a clear thinker who can remain calm in pressure situations.
