We are seeking to hire a Day Cleaner/Engineer Assistant. You will be responsible for performing vacuuming, mopping, sweeping floors, trash removal rest room and break room cleaning and other miscellaneous duties to ensure that building and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe and sanitary manner. In addition to cleaning duties, you will be responsible for assisting the building engineer with tasks such as light bulb changing, carpet square replacement, ceiling tile replacement and other minor engineering jobs. Ideal candidate will have professional attitude & appearance and is self-motivated, hardworking, dependable, and responsible.

Job Requirements

• Must be able to follow instructions from supervisor and complete all tasks effectively.
• Prior cleaning experience is a plus.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Janitor experience a plus but will train.
• Reliable Transportation.

Benefits:

• Pay rate $16.00-$18.00
• Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
