We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Closing Desk Coordinator to join our team and help us deliver smooth, efficient real estate closings in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

As a Closing Desk Coordinator, you understand the nuances of title insurance and real estate closings in New York and take pride in ensuring every detail is accounted for. You enjoy collaborating with clients, attorneys, lenders, and internal teams to make complex processes seamless.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate and schedule closings with clients, attorneys, lenders, and internal staff
- Review and prepare closing packages, policies, and related documentation
- Confirm that all closing requirements are met with Clearance Officer (cleared title, payoff information, escrow requirements, etc.)
- Maintain communication with all parties to ensure smooth, timely closings
- Update internal systems and follow up on post-closing items as needed
- Provide general support to the closing and clearance teams
- Assist in the escrow process, such as opening orders, inputting closing statement information, verifying wiring instructions and follow-up
- Assist with escrow payments and follow up post-closing
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar role at a title company or law firm handling title closings
- Strong knowledge of New York title insurance requirements and closing procedures
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in title production systems (e.g., TrackerPro) is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive under deadlines
