The Santa Barbara County Education Office provides services and leadership to 20 public school districts and 10 charter schools. SBCEO offers programs and services in support of nearly 70,000 children throughout Santa Barbara County - from Santa Barbara to Santa Ynez, Lompoc, Orcutt, and Santa Maria.
Job Summary
Serve as a counselor and provide support aiming to increase educational and career outcomes for at-promise middle and high school student in JCCS program. This position is for the 2025-26 school year and will primarily be based in Santa Maria.

Requirements / Qualifications
Possession of a preliminary or clear Pupil Personnel Services Credential required. Experience with at-promise and justice-involved youth desired. Experience and training appropriate to fulfill the requirements of the position.
Salary Info
Eligible employees may also receive a $2000 stipend for a MA degree or a $3000 stipend for a Doctorate.
