2. Develops financial trend analysis and summaries of results/drivers. Creates variance analysis reports and multi-dimensional financial models. Escalates any financial issues to management.
3. Leads real-time financial performance monitoring and develops root cause analysis and gap closure plans when results are not meeting planned expectations. Monitors expenses against expectations and/or plan and provides suggestions for improvement for those not tracking to expectations.
4. Manages financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting working with Director FP&A. Sets and analyzes current and past trends in key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives. Tracks assumptions and related financial impacts, including new initiatives.
5. Monitor and report on relevant KPIs including financial results and operational metrics. Collaborates, coordinates and communicates across disciplines and departments.
6. Uses financial systems for planning, forecasting, analysis, etc. as needed. Serves as key user of SAP.
7. Prepares analysis and content used in the development of monthly and quarterly reporting for business leaders and executive management or Board meeting presentations, as applicable. Participates in long-term forecasting.
8. Ensures compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements. Demonstrates Company's Core Competencies and values held within.

COMPENSATION
The salary range for this position is $85k-$95k. Specific offers take into account a candidate’s education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate’s work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.
