Key Responsibilities
- Follow-up of Region & customer & internal security tools request by JIRA ticketing for TETRA, Next Gen, Android and Wordline range
- Production planning organization
- Production of maintenance KIT (Terminal tools, card and accessories)
- Production of Key injection tools (Terminal tools, card and accessories)
- Management of the Security tool license ( creation, renewal, revocation)
- Production and Management of the Signature virtual card on the e-sign server (creation, renewal, revocation)
- Responsible of managing all the region security profile
- Manage Inventory and follow up of installed base of security tools in the region with the STMDB application
- Manage stock of security tools raw material
- Manage RMA of the security tools ( including Terminal tools and card)
- Manage documentation and shipment procedure of the security tools
- Must replace other members of the team during vacations.
- Participates to security tools development Projects as production advisor.
Key Performance Objectives/Indicators:
- Respect of the 2,5 weeks SLA for each security tools request
- No error in security tools production by respecting strictly the security profile for each security tools and each customer
- Check all prerequisites for each request , No terminal tools produce if data are missing
- Accurate and up to date inventory
- Strict respect of the production security rules to keep compliance to our certification
- Manage cost of raw material
Profile
BAC +2 Technician electronics or Technical data management with 2 years of experience on a similar role
Competency/Skill Requirements:
- Knowledge in electronics devices manufacturing
- Knowledge of Monetics standards would be a plus
- Ability to work on pressure without error + responsiveness in case of urgent demand
- Ability to Manage sensitive secure asset with commitment
- Ability to strictly respect confidential and audited procedure ( production in secure room under dual control)
- Good level of organisation to manage demand, stock, production, inventory and security profile
- User JIRA
- Ability to work in Secure Room (closed area)
- Training ability on internal software and evolution of security tools
- Pack office
