The Senior HR Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) plays a pivotal role in driving organizational effectiveness by aligning people strategies with business goals. Acting as a trusted advisor to all levels within the organization including senior leadership, the Sr. HRBP provides strategic guidance on workforce planning, talent management, organizational design, and employee engagement. This role champions a high-performance culture, fosters leadership development, and ensures HR initiatives are integrated across business units.
Collaborating closely with all functions within HR, the Sr. HRBP proactively identifies workforce trends, anticipates talent needs, and delivers data-driven insights to influence decision-making. A key focus of the role is also managing complex employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion- ensuring fair outcomes, compliance with employment laws and internal policies, and alignment with company values. Success in this role requires strong business acumen, consultative influence, and the ability to build credible relationships across all levels of the organization.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Education: Bachelor's Degree or professional level of knowledge in a specialized field, or equivalent, related experience.
Experience: 6 - 8 years - or Associates Degree equivalent plus 8 or more years.
Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Strategic business acumen - Deep understanding of the organization’s business model, financial drivers, and strategic goals. Ability to align HR initiatives with long-term business objectives
Employee relations expertise - Proficient in managing complex employee relations issues, conflict resolution, investigations, and fostering a culture of fairness and trust
Change Management & Organizational Development- Skilled in leading change initiatives, supporting organizational transitions, and driving culture
